Our Cold Black Oxide is a room temperature black coating that deposits a thin layer of copper selenium on steel and cast iron substrates. It imparts a dark coating for aesthetic appeal and unlike many others cold oxide processes, our cold black oxide provides corrosion resistance that rivals traditional high temperature black oxide processes.
